We are a warm and open family who welcome guests to our home, a charming, comfortable and calm house with a pleasant garden and terrace, free use of kitchen and wireless Internet. The house has a private driveway with parking lots.
We speak English, French, Norwegian, Spanish and some German.
The location is central at Madla, one minute walk from the shopping centre Madla Amfi. Short distance to Stavanger Forum conference centre, University, golf club, lake where you can swim and rent canoes, beach, woods, sports centre, ice skating resort. 6 minutes drive to Stavanger city centre.
We are just a few minutes away from the very famous monument, Swords in Rock, and the Iron Age Farm, the Ullandhaug Tower as well as the Rogaland Museum of fine Arts.
Excellent bus connection, bus no. 3, 4, 6, 7, 29 and 9.
We have two single rooms, one of them having own entrance and bath, and two double rooms with shared bath, one being located just by the entrance and bath, the other being on the 2nd floor. Price NOK 450 NOK 650 with an extra bed) and NOK 550 (with own entrance and bathroom) for single, NOK 650 and 750 for double rooms. The two double rooms can have an extra bed, for the price of NOK 150. Cash payment on arrival.
The prices do not include breakfast, but include use of kitchen/dining room, 3 bicycles, terrasse, wireless internet, computer.

Vi er en åpen og vennlig familie som ønsker våre gjester velkommen i hjemmet vårt. Vi har et sjarmerende, komfortabelt og rolig hus med fin hage og terrasse, adgang til kjøkken og trådløst nettverk.
Huset vårt ligger på Madla, 1 minutts gange fra Madla Amfi. Det er kort vei til Stavanger Forum, universitet, sentrum, vann, strand, skog, idrettsanlegg, skøytebane. 8 minutter kjøretid til Stavanger sentrum.
Meget god bussforbindelse, du kan reise med buss nr 3, 4, 6, 7, 29 og 9 til oss.
Vi har 2 enkle rom og 2 doble rom for utleie. Priser Kr. 450,- (mulig å setteee en eksta senk: 650,- kr.) og Kr. 550,- (med egen inngang og bad) for enkeltrom, NOK 650 og 750 for dobbeltrom. Det er mulig å legge en ekstra seng i doble rommene: 150,- kr.
Prisene inkluderer ikke frokost men inkluderer disponering av kjøkken/spisestue, terrasse, kabelfri internett, PC og 3 sykler.
